Today is my day to write in my publisher Total-E-Bound. My topic- red wolves as part of The Were Chronicles. Here is an example from my post.

As I work on the next books to my series The Were Chronicles I have learned more and more about wolves and the problems we face as they are nearly extinct and what we can do to help.

Weekly Update 6/29/12

Weekly Review 6/29/12

The summer heat is here but that is not the only thing making me sweat. As I continue working on my series The Were Chronicles I have managed to pick up a few books to read over the weekend and have been checking in with what’s been going on with my publisher. Total-E-Bound.

First a reminder that my monthly blog post for Total-E-Bound will be posted on Saturday June 30th. This month I will talk about the research into the red wolves, an almost extinct breed of wolves that once roamed in west Texas. It is also the breed of Gray Mason the main character for book five of The Were Chronicle series and also good friend with Kiley from book four ‘Pack Rogue’.

News from the publisher- lots of exciting new from Total-E-Bound I wanted to share with you. Even though I may not have any releases coming up there is still much to offer you.

New releases- as of 6/25/12

Shades of Grey by Sam Crescent, Natalie Dae

My Spartan Hellion by Nadia Aidan

Robert’s Rancher by Amber Kell

Saviours of Oestend by Marie Sexton

One Night in a Bar by Louisa Masters

Redemption by Jambrea Jo Jones

I would also like to mention that the author of the week over at Total-E-Bound is Amber Kell, who excitedly enough, has a release this week. If you have not read any works by her I do urge you to give one of them a try. There are all different characters, genre, and plots. I actually read her before she joined the family her at TEB. I will also put in my two cents that one of my favorite books of hers is Twisted Rose- a mm bdsm book. I strongly suggest her supernatural mate series from TEB also. I have read each one and have enjoyed them all.

So as I bid you all a very good weekend I hope you will drop by the Total-E-Bound (TEB) website a pick up a few books! www.total-e-bound.com.

It's been awhile...

It's been a while.

Hello all. I know it has been a while but hopefully I will be back with you on a full time basis.

Here is an update on what has been going on...

I have been absent due to an illness in the family. On December 31, 2011 my husband went into the hospital with flu like sytoms. Turns out he had an infection that got into his blood stream and went septic. He was put in a coma and on a ventalator. After a few surgeries to take care of the damage the infection caused he was released from the hospital after 89 days.

Yes you read that right it was 89 days he was there.

Sadly the infection caused some problems that we are still dealing with. He is in chronic kidney failure and on dialysis three times a week. Also from the coma he suffered nerve damage and has to walk with assistance.

Heading home was great although it didn't last. Eight days later he went back.

But now the good news... after a month of being home and in an out patient dialysis treatment he is doing much better. Much much better.

That is the reason you had not heard from me.

However, I'm backa nd I would like to say better than other. Many many projects in the works that I am just thrilled to death to be able to work on.

The curent piece is the next book in the Were Chronicles. This week the name was decided on and I choose to go with Pack Community.

In this story we travel with Gray Mason (character from book four- Pack Rogue) as he searched for the feline Prince which was kidnapped at the end of book four.

Gray finds himself in a shifter community in Northwest Texas. He is staying at the inn of a coyote, working with the sheriff who is a black bear,a nd falling for the girl next door.

This girl is no wolf shifter however. Heck she isn't even human. But I think I will let you read the book to find out what she is.

There is a little boy in the story who I just love. I think you will too. Toby is a handfull but I think adds a little bit to the story.

The plot thickens as Gray does actually finds the Prince... however things are not always what they look like. And Gray is in over his head.

The finishing touchs are in the works and once it is picked up you will be the first to know.

Also after Pack community I will edit on the sixth book Pack Life and the Were Chronicles continue. I hope you are as excited as I am to see the series continue.

Thanks for everyone sticking in there. Can't wait to talk with you again.
